Promethazine w/ codiene.
That is what Wayne drinks..thats real syrup.

But robitussin, nyquil, theraflu and the other cough meds work as well.
Due to the drug DXM.
In a interview Wayne says " this shit is like robitussin to the 30th power " while holding a bottle of promethazine w/ codiene

honestly, just pour yourself a glass and go half sprite, half nyquil. Then make another glass.
You should drink the whole bottle.. but anywhere from 8oz-16oz will get you feeling good.
It is not a pleasant taste though.. let me tell you.
MIX IT! you dont have to.. and it will get you FUCKED up but you're supposed to mix it and sip it and chill.. it hits you slower and you'll enjoy it more
