it's when you wear braces only during the night, with this head gear thing to keep it in places properly ..i mean it looks hellllaaa dorky and crazy but at least you don't have to wear them during the day..i think it just takes a little longer to straighten out your teeth..i'm so happy i never had the normal braces, it just looks mad dorky as well



just ask your dentist about them...

ya you put it on yourself..it's simple, and you put the braces in your mouth and around the front of the braces theres these long wires that go around your face/cheeks..then with this head gear shit you lock onto these wires through a hook and sleep with that shit on ..it sounds lame i know but i think it's better than walking around with braces all day long
