They can sell them tax free and they're using the brand name/reputation/image to sell the "fake" for the same price. Like for example if someone was looking in a market and saw some Gucci belts but they were fake and they didn't know the belt was fake it will still sell for the price of the real one. The money then goes to the person who made the fake one and not to the branded company.

They pay fuck all and get big profits basically.

Oh and they make them shitty quality because of copyright.
