Why is my avy very low quality? I tried uploading it with tinypic, imageshack or just straight from my pc to LWHQ but none of them worked.

I did that once when I was really ill and had a mad temperature, I was running not walking lol.

But night terrors are fucking crazy, the feeling is so wierd.
