Depression is hard as hell to explain...Like lots of little things can cause it, like a build up of stuff and then it just sticks in your head and keeps you down and you just can't be happy about almost anything. But I mean I was properly suffering from it for like 2 years, I had all like psychiatry and shit but I managed to get rid of it myself, but with depression it like never really goes away for good.

Like anything kind of big, like my current situation just triggers it back off back to how I was when it was at its worse.
