Anyone that has a problem with the current state of things on HQ post it in here, instead of making sly remarks all over the site why not actually say something in a proper place and be mature about it and use the following to explain yourself:

What's wrong?
Why it's wrong?
How can it be fixed?

Ok first of all i think the 1 post shit is retarded...i understand the concept but all these members being banned are good members....mods are worried about the wrong things like dum shit like 1 word posts..there are threads just bashing one another are flaming that doesnt get tended to till 3-4 pages down...I think you need new mods..Global mods arent active at all then everyone once in a while one comes back for a day and has a ban parade.

WORRY ABOUT SPAM/FLAMMING/BASHING ONE ANOTHER > 1 word posts

1 word posts should be handled differently...a ban is over doing it..

@-Nino- I understand you don't like it but look at how HQ has been with mods busy lately, people have started getting away with just posting things like "lmao" everywhere, the whole point of this is to make conversation and discuss stuff, if not you shouldn't post. It's not so much a case of them being more valuable members or more active, it doesn't really matter, if a new member spams twice and calls you a dick for example they'll be banned, if for example Jaime did the same to you he'd have to get a ban as well, that's how it works. A one word post is spam though and you've just told us to focus on it more, which we are, we are trying our best. We don't need new mods, we all get busy, we all have personal problems and commitments outside of HQ, just have some patience when it comes to threads where it kicks off. Normally it's a case of people are asleep or something so it can't be handled straight away. We (all the mods) try our best for this site and y'all bitch what cause we try and keep it clean and make it so every post is something relevant and constructive, see it from our point of view for a minute cause we try hard to see it from all of yours but it's not easy at times.

@YM!24 I don't use the chat but I'll pass on the message and see what can be done about it

What's wrong? New rules needed.
Why it's wrong? They suck, and are too strict.
How can it be fixed? Simply taking time to write out more realistic rules.

Ummm, make it so that the mods actually have to approve for someone to use the Downloads section, I'm seeing a lot of spam just to get the 10 post required.

@YF - Bro I have no clue what happened to the revised rules, I will make sure that we do something about them really soon though.

@Breezy - We discussed this bro and it seems too much work to Mods, but Star suggested that the section is hidden for so long then it magically appears once you've been registered for a certain amount of time, we have a few ideas of what could be done, we'll try sort it soon.

MEH at this..just because i dont spam my frickin ass off doesnt mean im not active. I'm on here 24/7 man..i'm prob on here more than you are. too clarify..1 word posts are spam..shit like "lmao", "cosign" ..thats rubbish man and you know it. I do deal with spam, i do deal with flamming, I do deal with bashing. I got all that shit on lock..I can't read the whole forums, but trust me when I catch it..I deal with it.

yo..were not banning them just cause of one offense...its usually 3 warnings, some people even getting banned after 4.
