OK here is how it's going to go down.
Me, Artille and YF are going to set up a tiny chat or some type of chatroom where we can all go and discuss it. The letter will be created in there.
If you're present for the letter, good job. If not, you will be able to add your 2 lines at the end but you'll have no say in the final piece. SO, the date for the chat will be posted or PM'ed to you.

Just post the date in this thread and the chat link, but I was thinking that everyone should post their ideas of what should go into the base of the letter (the 3 paragraphs). Haikes, Young Fire, myself, and anyone else in the chat will write up a rough draft and begin editing it to make it perfect. Remember, it doesn't have to be rushed because unfortunately he still has until November in prison.

Whoever is there, will get to help with the actual letter. ONCE the letter is done, we can speak of the 2 lines each individual gets to write. So just keep posted for details and be in the tiny chat on Monday.

If im right about this, any HQ member can be present in the chat room. In the chat room is where we are setting up the MAIN letter. Basically a general letter from HQ as a whole. Then after we get that set up, the signed members can submit their lines through PM to me, YoungMoneyENT, or Artille. Letter will be like this..

You dont have to PM your lines the day of the chat. There will be a deadline set for that sometime after the main letter is set up.
