I'm assuming not. I don't think it will be a huge deal for him though, you can't get physically addicted to marijuana and even though it's technically "medicinal" that's just a bullshit excuse so he can smoke legally lol

weed is only decriminalized in New York so if your caught with a personal amount then they treat it like a traffic violation and they'll just give u a court summons and when u appear u get a fine. Plus why would they let you smoke marijuana in prison at all?

nah they definitely don't let him smoke weed and he probably has "migraines" (note in quotation marks) to obtain the prescription for medicinal marijuana.
