It's all a matter of opinion. My favorite rapper of all time is Wayne so obviously I would think Wayne is the best. I never really listened to Em before Relapse which I didn't like that much but Recovery was dope and now Em is definitely in my top 5. But I still prefer Wayne because I can understand what he says because he raps at a decent pace, where as Em spazzes out and I can barely understand him unless I read the lyrics. That and Wayne's lyrics in my opinion are a bit better than Em's are why IN MY OPINION Wayne is better than Em.

Wouldn't say Wayne is better. I like them both, but follow Wayne more. Eminem interested me when he was Slim Shady, back in '99-'02. He was killing it back then. When he reached '03, it kinda snowballed with "Encore", and then i really got into Wayne when Tha Carter II released. While Em was doing drugs, Wayne was murdering the rap game with singles off Tha Carter II and III. Then followed up with his mixtapes, features, and cameos in everyones videos. Which leaves me now, with Wayne. But as for being a better rapper? It all depends on the type of flows and punchlines you like in a song. I personally will choose Wayne over anyone, but think about it..We're on a website FOR LIL WAYNE, named LILWAYNEHQ. Seriously people, just stop the beef between each other, and if you hate Wayne and believe Em is a better rapper, take your shit elsewhere. Real people got drama in their life that they don't need on the internet.

Lil Wayne is the best alive but Eminem is the best alive now because wayne is in Jail but if wayne wasnt in jail he would be the best and if eminem didnt have an album out wayne would still be the best and if wayne had another album out he would be the BESTEST ....LOL

Maaaaaan, Em sick. I honestly don't think yhu can compare Em and Wayne because, in my mind neither one of them can be winners-cause they not even in the same race, for real. Both they shyt go in, but it's so different that yhu cant even come at it like 'Oh, who's better' it's like tryna compare France and Japan, they both continents, they both do they shyt equal, but they just do it different. Wayne and Em are both MAJOR parts of the hip hop community but their flow styles, style in general, are just completely uncomprehensible and uncomparible that there's no point in discussin who could possibly be the best. there is no point in arguing whos better wayne or em. cuz all the reasons people are just opinions. i see people say em raps with passion, well you might think that but the next dude might not. same with wayne. you might say his flow is out of this world but the next guy might say ehh not really. its all opinions. yes ik ive said i dont like em and ive stated my reason in one of these threads but again its all opinions. there is no way we can tell who is better.
