IDK if lil wayne said anything about it but is there gunna be a dedication 4?? all the dedications were really raw tho... and whatever happened to drought is over 7? i thot that was comin out in like april...and werent they gunna drop a single from it? lol i hope 30 minutes to new orleans is guna be on it
