In my opinion he shouldn't even do a Dedication 4 because that sound isn't rare anymore..Not on wayne's behalf because he always comes with fire, but Im startin to get sick of Dj Drama doin all these Gangsta Grillz mixtapes. He was only good back when he only worked with wayne and Jeezy. Now he's workin with Gucci, T.I, Cam'ron, Soulja Boy,and various other artists. Dont get me wrong he should make his money and all of those artist are great in their own way. BUT that sound is flat out annoying now.
That's why Jeezy did the "Trap or Die 2" mixtape with his brother

I kind of see shit the same way.. like all these rumors and shit. If they come, it's great. Like a surprise. But I don't get my hopes up for stuff like that.. a C IV is promised and Dedication 4 is a given. No rumors.
