Lil Wayne fans won't have to wait until the rapper's release from Rikers Island to hear new Weezy music: According to Wayne's co-manager Cortez Bryant, an EP featuring all new material will arrive this fall. "I'm putting out a [Wayne] album called I'm Not a Human Being and I'll probably drop it on his birthday, September 27," Bryant told Vibe . Like Tha Carter III precursor The Leak, Bryant says I'm Not a Human Being initially won't be released through stores. "We not about to roll out no three-month set up. I'm not even putting it out in stores. We just gonna put it out virally and maybe package it up for Christmas," Bryant says.
Since I'm Not a Human Being is a street album meant to prep fans for the arrival of Tha Carter IV, the September EP will likely sound more like Tha Carter series than this year's underwhelming rap-rock disc Rebirth. In RS' cover feature "Lil Wayne Goes to Jail," Bryant talked about Tha Carter IV, which presently lives on a 500GB hard drive dubbed "C4" because it's "the bomb." Bryant described the music on TC4 as a departure from Rebirth, instead focusing on vintage hip-hop beats with a tougher, faster edge courtesy of Miami producers.
While I'm Not a Human Being might be Wayne's first official release during his prison stay, the prolific rapper spent countless hours in the studio prior to his incarceration, recording verses for everyone from Nicki Minaj and his Young Money collective to Flo Rida and Young Jeezy. Two of the biggest hip-hop albums of the summer, Drake's Thank Me Later and Eminem's Recovery, both gave fans new Wayne verses. At Drake's album release party, yet another new Wayne verse was unveiled, recorded over the in-prison phone system when Drake visited his mentor.
As Rolling Stone previously reported, Weezy is currently spending a year-long sentence at New York's Rikers Island after pleading guilty to 2007 weapons charges. According to the Weezy Thanx You blog, Lil Wayne will be released in 114 days. The MC was busted for having contraband in his cell (an iPod charger and headphones) in in May.

I thought this was a good read, & it's a bit more info about CIV & Wayne's new EP. & Sorry about the title of the thread. I didn't know what to go with
