My opinion is that Empire got the tracks from Cortez and the Empire is going to release the tape right before INAHB. I think they're working together to get Wayne's buzz at a all time high because I remember Empire saying that he talked to Cortez about DIO7 a few months back. But you're witnessing the greatest set up ever imagined.
