It sends the site a "download request" so when it IS dropped, it gets sent to ur email. They r just saying the full song will be ready to DL later.

I don't get how that ymhd site says it's being released on Lime Light Exclusives 2 next week, but on the Latest Singles tab it says August 2 (today).
