Forgive my stupidity, but what is the difference between what Empire has and a mastered finished version? Just quality (kbps)?

not only quality but the way the record sounds as a whole..like how the voices of each of the artist featured comes out or how the beat sounds etc..

if you want a comparison (only if you can remember)

the spit in your face leak which came out last year and the final one on kevin rudolf's album, the one on kevin's album is "mastered"

I'm also going to take a stab in the dark and say the "Where's Wayne". I had a copy of that off buck marley back when Rebirth was leaking. And that just showed up on Lil Chuckee's tape.

I Really Hope it comes out... Or doesnt And ends up on CIV. Coz this sounds like it would do well as a Real Single or just to be on an album

On YMHD it says the mixtape section is openning August 21st and it's got a pic of DIO 7 so maybe the mixtape is coming out on the 21st.
