That's not a dumb question, it happens to albums all the time I don't see why it wouldn't happen to an EP.

Normally shipped albums dont arrive at the store 2-3 days before release, so how does that explain leaks that occur weeks before their release?

2-3 days before release? ehh. doubt that. well radio stations also get a hold of albums.

my friend's dad manages a best buy and he says whenever a new product comes out they receive it in that time frame... maybe its just a best buy thing but a few weeks before release just seems too early to ship anything music, video games, movies etc.
