so i truly CANT wait for the CARTER 4 to come out. it is gonna be FiRE. i just wanted to start a new post and see what everyone thought of this i heard its coming out on his birthday... SEP 27? but i dont know how true that is, but it'd be pretty sweet if u ask me.

C4 is rumored to come out when he gets released from jail on November 4th...but i doubt that'll happen
