the album would be really weak if he had those people Kid Cudi and Wiz Khalifa are only good on HOOKS they both the weakest on Lyrics... the people you named are the Type that WANT Lil Wayne on their Albums Not Lil Wayne wanting them on his Album

Eminem
Drake & Nicki Minaj (on one track together)
Gudda Gudda (since waynes best stuff this year and last year were with Gudda)

the rest should be solo tracks..

On C3 he was Missing The "Walk In" & "Walk Out" + "Fly In" & "Fly Out" he really needs to have that on C4
