I made this thread so we can all can make sense of what the carter 4 will be. There have been many conflicting reports. Some saying the album will be re done, that IANAHB were Carter 4 leftovers and even i forget who saying that IANAHB had carter 4 songs that were put on the disc because he was re doing it. I personally bet we get Carter 4 much sooner than everyone believes. With Wayne being gone for a year, and the Carter 3 having come out in 08 I assume he wants to put it out sooner than later. In my estimation he won't be redoing the album, but rather adding to it.

Theres sooo many threads like this. Please learn to search. Also we have no C4 information so there is no discussion for it.
