Re: Three reasons why IANAHB was a failure

It's OK, I just felt like the people working on it behind the scenes were kinda lazy.

Exactly, I think it would've been so much better. I'm obviously not the only person who thinks this.

I totally agree with you chairman...this album is just a ''money trick'' (sry im french didnt got the right expression), Carter IV will be unbelievable I think that they should have not commercialized this so called 'album' and just let the hype gets higher...cause right people will think that's the 'new' wayne but that's shit imo..

Re: Three reasons why IANAHB was a failure

You gotta understand that this entire thing was put together while Wayne was locked up. It wasn't supposed to be an epic CD or anything. It was something to hold people over from Rebirth/No Ceilings until Dedication & C4.

Was it a bad CD? I don't think you can honestly judge it. Look at the fact that these vocals are at least, AT LEAST 8 months old. Would this have been a better CD/EP/Whatever you want to call it if Wayne was out? Hell yes it would. But he isn't out. There is nothing he could've done to make this any better.

And as far as the features, what did you expect? A full out solo Wayne album? What would happen if it was a full solo album, but still this quality (as you say it)? You'd probably end up trying to say that C4 isn't going to be as good.

We can try to respect your opinion, but don't flat out say it was a failure when there's nothing Wayne himself could do about it.
