Wayne has NEVER used a ghostwriter for his raps. Even Gillie admitted he lied about writing for Wayne:

Now Wayne does borrow other people's delivery/flow, but not rap lyrics. We all know Shanell wrote Prom Queen for him, but since it's not a rap song I don't think it should really count.

Theres no way Birdman writes for Wayne. It would make sense though if he gave Wayne all of the good raps cause Birdman is not a good rapper whatsoever.
