Using this at the very end of a homo statement does not make it non homo.

It just makes it that much homo by adding another homo into the sentence.

Like say you just finished taking a test that was really difficult and you say "Man, that was really hard!... No homo" That would work because you were just talking about the test but didn't fully think out what you were saying. Which is also acceptable because you just finished taking a test
