i think it came from the documentary scene selections on the DVD and it says "30 minutes to N.O"

They were on the tour bus at the time the song was playing, so I'm assuming they were 30 min from no.

Nope. When the song was playing Wayne was on his bus. The buss was 30 minutes away from New Orleans. They were headed there to finish shooting the rest of the Doc. Then they made there way back To Miami for the 'Rebirth Sessions'
