MP4 + iTunes Help Please.

Every time I try to put a video on my iPod that is a 'MPEG-4 video file' It doesn't get put on there. Can anyone tell me why that is or help me fix the problem?

Kinda stupid question...Are these videos in your iTunes library? I know sometimes the codecs get fucked up..Usually what I do is use a program that has the right settings and everything for getting it to play on an iPod and just use those settings and convert it to an .mp4

My program of choice: HandBrake

It will keep the aspect ratio and everything the same.
