So you're saying from the fact that C3 sold a mill, we could have automatically predicted Rebirth & IAMAHB doing a milli too? No. It just depends what kind of music hes putting out, what singles he has, what competition he will be up against. The highest selling rap album (I think) since C3 was Recovery. And the success of that album was mostly cause of the die-hard Em fans, plus the success of his singles. Just ONE of his single videos has almost the same amount of views on his Vevo Youtube account as Wayne's ENTIRE Vevo Youtube. His singles were that big. So until we know how big his singles are, if any of the big album songs leak, his competition around the time of his release, etc... You can't even nearly predict album sales. Yeah sure, you can have the Wayne fans thinking "Oh yeah, hes going to easily sell a million" and you can have some fans who have common sense who know the factors that play into having an album selling that high saying they aren't sure what it will sell. But really, until you see the other factors that go into the album sales, you can't really predict anything.
You can make a prediction on album sales from past statistics, that's all I'm saying. If it's anything like what C3 was, because of it's smash hit, it will sell 1mill or a little less, and if it's anything like his last albums than it won't sell as much.
Keep a couple wet wipes case' a bum tries to touch me, eww.
well looking back on IANAHB and Rebirth ..they didn't sell well first week? OK we can forget Rebirth because it's an experimental album but IANAHB?? you guys are going to pin it down to publicity or what? Whatever it is ..Wayne's not going to sell more than Em period. Just for the fact that Em's fans actually go out and buy music and the people that bought Wayne's album in 08 were mostly bitches and white kids banging to lolipop and a milli ..if he puts shit like that out with the same vibe then we can talk
IHNAHB, most people didn't know it was an album even after it released. People thought it was an EP,or a mixtape. Plus, everybody knows its not an official Wayne album.
and LMAO @ saying Wayne won't outsell Eminem. This is based on what, youtube views like some others said? lol That shit doesn't matter when your fanbase is very loyal. Wayne fans dont need a hit to support Wayne, though it adds. The Carter name alone is a force. Besides, Kanye is about to reach or outdo Eminem's Recovery numbers first week without a real hit or hundreds of millions of youtube views....Explain that.

Obviously he'll sell more its all about looks, Lil Wayne is one sexy mother fucker
Depends on the way things go from today until the release day.
I'd agree with this, to reach 1 mil heights again he's gonna need some raw features in the run up outside his normal lyrical topics, a HUGE first single and mega promotion. With that he may beat Em, 1 mil is a tough shout.

But still, Recovery didn't manage to outsell C3, Youtube ftw? nahhh main.
