Mike and Mack have both said that they still have the original C4. Plus Tez said they were just songs. So IANAHB wasnt.

i wouldn't compare c2 and c3 based off sales. i think the two were completely different.
and sales shouldn't mean a thing when it comes to how good the album is.
the only person who should give a fuck about pushing albums is the label/artist.

The way I figure it is he's gotta prove he's back. It's been a rough ride for a while now with the rebirth and rock/autotune stage you never knew what you were gonna get with wayne. He's gotta get back in it release another mixtape that's as good as if not better than no ceilings and then he has to get back to 2008. Nicki minaj is one of the most buzzed about rappers in the game right now. Why? Cause she's on every song every music video every poster every tv show. And where'd she learn that? She learned it from lil wayne doin the same thing before he released the carter 3. A tour wouldn't hurt either. Then maybe... maybe a mil
