Yes, that;s Drake ..he wants a mixtape to be timeless so he generally sides with original beats. On the other hand Wayne's process is different, if you took any information from Nino 2 you would know he ain't up for paying producers for beats so he jacks them . getit? good.

A better question is why wouldn't he make beats like that for C4? Oh, and Scared Money was Boi-1da too. Forgot that one. I would like another Dr. Carter type track though, that song is top 3 of C3 imo
