Is Weez pointing A TON of people away from hip-hop, and ruining it for other artists?

CHILL. Yeah, he can rip the mic, but thats not the point here. It's an honest question, rather facts, and I just wanna know what you guys think of it.

There are people who think all rappers are like Weez (plus 50, the game, loyd, everybody).
Those people wont listen to another hiphop artist because the only ones they see are on MTV (like the ones listed above), and they think they're all the same. Since they think all hip-hop is like Weez, they immediately turn away from anyone called a "rapper". Parents especially, doing everything they can to keep Weez out of their house, and that means every other rapper, even the ones who rap about 'positive' things (as opposed to gunz/bitches/money).

Dude you don't know what you are talking about ..just because he's popular doesn't mean he's the one ruining it for everyone. He doesn't control his popularity. I for one as a Weezy fan listen to all types of hip/hop and i'm pretty sure a lot of other fans do as well.

Secondly the people who think that every rapper is like Weezy are stupid and that's not going to change whether or not Weezy keeps making music or not.

dam i personally listen to weezy cause he DOESNT sound like everybody else tbh lol.. and i listen to others as well like wale, kid cudi, j cole, mac miller, wiz khalifa, and of course the usual mainstreamers like jayz kanye etc.

so IMO hes not ruining anything.. if u gona blame some1 blame the artist for not putting out better material or blame the fan for not opening up lol

its like saying "yo dont be too good at what you do becuz somebody mite look up to you and ur gona out shine others in hip hop causing fans to not listen to other artist music"
