What do you mean people that aren't on these forums? If so of course man we aren't the only people that like Wayne just because we post on forums. I have a mate of two that are heavily into Lil Wayne just ain't on computers much to be on forums. Infact one of them is the guy that got me into Wayne hardcore some years back!
We are all hoping for good things, and we shall soon find out in 6weeks! Maybe sooner if it leaks! -

Honestly I'm more excited for tech n9ne's album. I haven't heard shit about c4 in forever. Wouldn't be surprised if it was pushed back again tbh, YMCMB givin us the silent treatment and it's makin alot of people lose interest.

The problem is that, Wayne is condaned to redo a CIII to the general peaple. Everybody wanna lusten to him if he do a "Lollipop-a-like" track or a "a milli-a-like" track. Cause since that album, he is inconsistent in his lyrics, he doesn't have the game he had in the past, and that would have let him continue, and change, just like Jay Z or Eminem do, they do albums, all are different, but they are lyricaly and musically on level.
Also, 6Foot7Foot brang a good buzz, everybody liked this, and he was lyricaly good on it, with that, everybody was hyped for the album, but the video came out too late, and it was a bad video, so that fucked up the buzz. Plus, the choise of "John" as a second single fucked up the buzz a little more, cause he says nothing on it, none meaning, and none good punchlines Lol plus it's a recycled song, and Ross went harder that him. So these things kinda fucked up the situation.
But, his next single will be important. In my opinion, he need to says "my first official Carter IV single come in one week" that will blow the internet saying "well John and 6F7F aren't on it anymore? so what can we expect?" and it will bring a good buzz, and if it's a radio song it's even more good, like a Right Above it, it will make all the ladies, and the general industry blow up, then a great lyrical seconde single, then the album, and then a third single.
But before that he should do a mixtape "Carter IV sessions".
Actually, it's just horrible that every Wayne fan knows what to to do to bring a buzz, and YMCMB aren't doing anything, what we all say is just simple and logic to bring buzz on the album. But I'm sure they are scared of a "IANAHB 2", they are scared about an echec of the publicity by a poor mixtape. Because if Wayne doesn't go hard on the mixtape, "nobody" will buy the album. So I think they prefer the "surprise" of the album LolComment
