    Lil wayne trying to Educate???

    i thought lil wayne was a rapper.. what is he trying to do making a public service announcement about educating?? he needs to fix his act first lol cause no one can look up to this guy as anything other than a rapper. article on the link

    hows a commercial gonna fuck up his rep? i think its better. i dont think hes educating i think hes promoting people and encouraging people to get schooled.

          i never said there is anything wrong with him trying to persuade others to educate them. but he has to first fix his lyrics and what he tries to promote in his songs cause that is what people hear and listen to from wayne

            I'm not talking about just him and I didn't even visit the link or know what he's promoting exactly but it's always funny to see all these famous/rich people (in this case rappers) that are all like "yea man you have to get an education it's very important stay in school" when nearly all of them have sold/done drugs, promoted bad things/causes, and have dropped out or never finished school themselves. There's no excuse for that and I think of them as bigger dunces when they do promotions like that. We'll have rappers within the next 5 years coming out that are going to be like "wayne was my inspiration to start rapping" even though wayne said "stay in school" and this kid dropped out and became a rapper, that's a good inspiration.

                  I think weezy is tha right person for it coz he's huge right now and has a huge fanbase so anything he says is heard!

                      Yeah, Wayne is like the best Rapper to do this.
                      He's VERY popular.
                      LOTS of people look up to him.
                      And maybe people will listen to him.
                      Even though he has done alotta bad shit himself,
                      I think this was a good idea picking Wayne to do it.
