Start Your Own Record Label

Here's a game LWHQ can play. We'll have 10-15 people start their own record labels with a budget of $150 million and the purpose of the game is to fill up your label's roster to create the best label possible.

There are two possible formats we can go with: 1) Auction, meaning I will post an artist's name and the labels will bid; 2) PM offers; meaning other labels will not know how much/what is being offered and the best offer will win.

An artist like Kanye West would probably go for $120 million, whereas an artist like Yung Burg would go for a bag of chips. Or if you're Sony, you might spend a million on Kreayshawn. All you have to do is acquire up to 20 artists.

Here's how you win the game. After all the money is spent, the labels will be evaluated on the following criteria: future sales, future critical acclaim, longevity, and cohesion.

I copied this straight from KTT, with intentions of having fun with NO arguments.

I would like it if I could join as well seeing that I was too late on KTT. :fuu:

The bidding process will be like this.
I will always do it in groupings of 4. Every say 20-30 minutes I will drop a new list of artists.
