I have a question.....when somebody like Wayne wants someone on the hook, Drake or a band or whatever...does the person singing the hook write the hook? Or does Wayne give them the part he wants them to sing and they just do it? How does it work?

I think the singer of the hook usually writes it.

Anyone got an idea of the producer? They said this track was supposed to be like 'Poppin Bottles' for a long ass time now.

you would think with that situation drake would make his own to go with waynes concept of the song. but i wouldn't be surprised if wayne got people to sing his lyrics like maybe tie my hands

Depends. Wayne probably just did a verse or 2, and sent it to Drake to do the rest.

And there's probably other times where he comes up with it but doesn't fit him so he gets another artist to do it.
