Bow Wow really did give away that he was going to sign to Cash Money in his song Go Harder. I know a lot of people weren't sure if he was talking about Lil' Wayne or Hov when he said the Mr. Carter line but if you listen to it really well you can hear him say "What up Tune" right after the line.

He says it at about the :38 second mark.
