I'm going to explain it to you. There is this chick on Twitter (@AriDolci) and she says she got C4 from birdman's crip. Allegedly she sent C4 to 10 random guys, but all proofs they got are some curious screenshots. You can see the "tracks" but they have totally wrong details (lenght of the songs and features are wrong). They didn't post no snippets and songs. Also no1 from ymcmb made a statement to this so i doubt this is legit. Another evidence that the whole story is just for some attention:
