IF it were true...and it turns out he smashed...nothing, because age of consent in Canada is 16...even though there's nothing that's been presented in that story that confirms her age, "still being in highschool" could mean she's 17 or 18 as well...taking another step, even if this was in the states...and the girl actually did turn out to be 16...nothing would likely happen because simply "spending the night" with a 16 year old girl is not a crime...proof of sexual contact between the two would have to be proven, and considering the girl is an obsessed Wayne fan, it's doubtful she would admit to it in court...video or pic evidence of the act would be necessary, which is highly unlikely as Wayne seems to be careful about those types of things...he's been running through groupies since the 90's and not a single pic or vid has surfaced...and EVEN then, there's doubt that anything would happen because we all see what happened in the R.
