I don't quite understand the bolded part.
Wayne was what? 15 or so when he had his daughter. There's nothing too odd with a 15 year old and a 14 year old having sex.
Now a 28 year old and a 16 year old, that's just plain old Ozzy Osbourne type odd. Not that he's a pedophile or anything but Ozzy is weird.

so either this is really old and has been proven untrue already and this website (the guy linked us with) knows nothing, or this is just so new that no one has heard about it yet...99.9% sure it is the first one.
