hey guyz.... i live in the UAE... will Carter 4 release like everywhere in the world... cause i wanna buy it in the fist week you know....
well i went to a nearby store and they said that we are not sure it could even release over here months or may be years ago

just buy the MP3 from amazon if u want. u wont have the disc and shit but u will have the album and the covers digitally
