I ain't sure mate defo not the first link which is the one I downloaded but it don't matter, you clearly have the picture on your computer so on iTunes once the songs are in there, highlight them all, right click and press 'Get Info' and on the right there will be a section for artwork just find the image and apply it and it will add it to the songs for you
