I think NC is his third best mixtape tbh. I've only heard like 5 official though.

No...it's not. Just like S4TW was about nothing, so was NC. They were both just punchlines aside from the female songs. I love NC, but let's not lie to ourselves. The only thing with S4TW is was a hell of a lot more aggresive street than NC, so it actually didn't come off as random as NC.
