Even if you gave him away for free, you're still above your original salary for your label. If I was you, I would take whatever offer I could just to get him off your team. He won't do you any good unless you plan on getting a label for of Gucci Mane's and Young Jeezy's. 500K-1milli is a good offer for him from anyone. You could use that money to maybe catch another person at a low cost or to put a little extra money on someone who could actually benefit your label.

Very important....Cohesion is basically their chemistry...Like having Blu with Exile is a form of cohesion...Or Rick Ross with The Runner/Inkredibles....because they always work together, that would be less money you have to spend on outsourcing producers.....same with features....Rick Ross and Wale collab often so if you can land those two then that would be big.....
