Small names could be max 2.5..but Big names because we are all rich as fuck....should be a little higher...like 5 million or no max at all...that way if you put out let's say Eminem...and I bid 150 mill on him.......I would have to suffer having 1 artist and half of my money left....so in the end it will balance out...if you want to spend millions on big name artist then you suffer by not having enough to fill up the rest of your roster...
