it really is hard to compare two people with two different rapping styles but you can compare them as artist and weezy is a better artist imo they both work the same as far as recording goes and yea he puts out alot of meaningful ass Shit and weezy raps about whatever he wants which is cool too but don't get it twisted weezy got some deep Shit too la la la, misunderstood, georgia bush ext. but another thing to think about is wayne don't write Shit down tupac did im pretty sure.

Dont get me wrong but tupac is more famous dead then when he was alive. All people are like, RIP tupac, too bad he died, legend and stuff but actually they didnt listen to him, maybe 1-2 songs but when they heard he died they had topic to talk about. I am sure if (God forbid) weezy dies in similar way like 2pac they would be saying similar things. It is impossible to compare two unique guys but if 2pac was alive I think I would prefer Weezy...
