Lil Wayne is gonna have to pass Eminem first before you can compare him to Tupac. And I'm not talking about whether you like Eminem or not, you can't prove that Lil Wayne is as successful of a rapper as Eminem is (or was), not yet at least. Carter 3 was really the first time Lil Wayne was on top of the world, hip hop wise. If he can drop a couple more albums with the success of C3, then maybe you can put him amongst the legends.

Lil Wayne and Tupac have VERY different styles. Besides, tupac was not the best rapper around. Biggie was more talented and all around a better rapper. While I am obviously a HUUUUUGE fan of Weezy, Notorious B.I.G. is the one rapper who i truly believe was a better rapper than wayne and most likely the best of all time.
