I believe now, Empire gets Weezy's throw away tracks or experimental tracks, he used to get Wayne's exclusive C3 shit, thats why Wayne was mad, but it was good he did that because that C3 probably wouldn't have sold as much, (even though I prefer the DIO series), but now I think he just pays someone in Wayne's camp about 10 to 20 thousand to get the throw aways and be the first to premiere them publicly.

I dont think they're always "throw aways". For example new Starr ft Wayne track "Blinded". That verse was first heard on DIO6. Now its just getting released... Unless theres something i dont know...

No-one really knows what goes on inside Weezy's camp as to whether someone leaks these to Empire or if someone sells them for Wayne. But it's a good point. I mean Weezy isn't likely to ever use any left over No Ceilings tracks or unwanted Rebirth or C4 tracks so why not give them away for free? Wayne doesn't want him or his people to have the hassle of getting a mixtape ready with them all so if he gives them to someone else to deal with it then the songs come out and Wayne and everyone else has more time to get new stuff recorded. Obviously some tracks will be leaked maybe on purpose or by accident. Either way though I don't really care as long as it's got plenty of new exclusives I'm gonna be happy
