You do have to pay gangstas to protect you. Thats why wayne is always saying "you gotta pay to be the boss" Listen to wayne songs real good & you would get out that he do pay his people & im not talking about ym/cm artist. You think the real bloods that be with Wayne & Birdman protect them for free? hell no! they gotta eat to. not everyone you see with wayne is a rapper. & for the record wayne is not a real gangsta but he do have real gangstas riding with him. Wayne too small to be taking serious as a gangsta. Most of yall on here don't know the first thing to being a gangsta, you just go by what you see on tv & hear on songs. Im not going to go into any rather details because it go turn into a "R" matter.

um when he said "you have to pay to be the boss" I think it was on Swag Surf, he was referring to his court trail and how he's going down for a gun that wasn't his but since he's the boss he has to take it for the team type of thing...but 40 glocc is right as well I agree with you, but Wayne definitely doesn't refer to paying for protection in his songs...its more the latter about him owning the competition on his own

Wayne & Baby really claimed blood becuz the Cash Money had no protection out in the West Coast. Every time they went to the West Coast they were always threatened for various reasons and that started back when The Hot Boys were still around. On the real Cash Money use to wear Soulja Rags to rep their hood until 2000-01 when they met Mack 10, that's when they started messing with the Bloods as you can see from this video here http://www.contactmusic.com/videos.n...the-damn-thing how do you think Wayne was able to wear red in the middle of the hood. Now Baby pay's Eastside MOB Piru ever since a member from their set "Terminator"(Same dude from The Game's BWS) came down to New Orleans to chill with Baron Davis (They grew up together) also it's the same set Wayne's "brother" N.O. Capo claims. But on the other hand 40 Glocc is a fake, he grew up in Colton, CA. That's 2 hours away from LA so it's not like he really knows what goes on around in LA and around. He can't even go back to his own hood as a matter of fact.
