I went FTW against Amazon.....and came out, well, not quite on top. Once they flag your package as "to be returned to them", neither they nor UPS can change that. Basically you are fucked. I went to UPS to get mine today after Amazon told me that I could pick it up, and they flat out refused me at UPS, and after calling Amazon and speaking to someone from this country, was told there was nothing they could do. After tearing him a new asshole, they credited me back the purchase price, re-ordered the deluxe edition album for me for free with overnight shipping and gave me a promo credit of $10....just enough to order WAYM
