Okay man just put the CD in your drive again,

- Open windows media player,
- There is a button next to "Rip CD" called "Rip Settings"
- Click "Rip Settings" and go to "Format" make sure "MP3" is checked
- Click "Rip Settings" again and go to "Audio Quality" and check "320Kbps (Best Quality)"
- Then Rip the CD like normal

You have to go to Rip Settings >> "Format" and change it to MP3
Then change the "Audio Quality" to 320Kbps
