Probably because "Young Money Hospital" and "Demolition Freestyle Pt 1" werent finished tracks then. This is from like last year. And the tracks were just released a couple months ago. Wayne probably did the verses, never used them, so he got Gudda on them and then let Gudda use them for his mixtape...

It could be, it not be. Its unreleased, it could have any title. But if someone were to have it, they'd probably name it that. Because thats the only name we know it by, until its released.
