It's the syrup and constant smoking and weed killed brains cells and fucked up his voice. He sounds like a dying frog when he speaks normally you can barely understand him. I mean look at him here when he musta been in his teens and had little drug abuse his voice is so clear, and he looks healthy!

Honestly I like hearing da pain. He really sounds like a rock star. I heard In da middle of 2008 actually stopped listening to any hip-hop and rap and started lstenin to black sabbath and nine inch nails and korn and besides his self all he listens to is rock now. dats jus wat heard but i digress. I understand bout his voice. my voice is scratchy from dat shit but luckily i got methidone so its wingin me off of it. I didnt realize it was dat addictive.

Lil' Wayne No Ceilings was no autotune=One of the best mixtapes of the year, if not the best.
Stop actin like he only uses autotune when that only started around Tha Carter III and he definitely does NOT use
it on every track.
