    Skimdudee420 for MOD!

    Okay if you're a active user on LWHQ then you know it's time for a new MOD.


    Okay, we have threads about this already and shit and idk what Danny's response was to all of this
    but I'm voting Skim for mod.. anyone who agrees should post so in here and start some sort of a petition.
    He keeps things in order, posts in all section, brings news and rarely gets credit for it, helps the downloads,
    is great with computers and the number one reason, he is on ALL the time because of home schooling.
    I am just SO annoyed with dumb people so yeah.

    Time for a MOD.

      I also agree, however i think Danny should open some application process to select more than just one more mod

        I think the MOD should be chosen by the members, have like an open poll for the entire site to vote.

        My top 5 admin picks

        -EastsideBoi89
        -MsStar87
        -Jrock (Me)
        -Safe_Kid
        -If he chill out with the beefs etc... Skimdudee420 or Young Loc but he isn't on much anymore.

        Just an opinion.

          Just wondering, mod of what? Which section? Im sure Skim contributes to the site in the downloads section alot. He could mod that. I dont think global mods are needed. Mods for a section is a good idea.

                Jrock is not a canidate in my opinion.
                It's not because of the whole race arugment a while ago.. I don't got a problem with him
                but I don't think he's .. fit for the job.

                Msstar I haven't really gave her thought but thinking about it now she would help.
                With the whole forum? No.
                But maybe the YM section.
                She is the mistress of the site


                Eastboi posts new but doesn't give his opinons really and isn't like a friendly person lol.. idk how to explain it
                but you need a real out going person and show where to post things and correct people and i dont think he does that.

                Safe_Kid is just not an option.. period.
                A Studio Mod maybe.

                And at the end of the day, it leaves Skim.

                  Nah!!! Moderators should be specificly chosen by what Danny thinks is a good candidate. They should have some forum experience in modding, mature, loyal, and active. Not chosen by popularity and a member poll is bias and completely IMO unprofessional way to choose a staff member by.

                    I have no intention of becoming a global mod, and you guys really don't know how it feels like to be a global mod on a busy forum. Its not something anyone can do, since you are talking about some of the bad points of people, as in their capability. Ill talk about Skims, if he does intend to become a mod, he seriously needs to learn to work with everyone, even if they don't like him. He seriously needs to consider other peoples views and opinions and not get offended by it. And he needs to behave accordingly, Im not a mod or anything but ive made the studio section a little more competitive and organisedwhat with the Track of the month, index and stuff. Novembers track of the month was hosted by Skim, which didn't go according to plan, he did recieve some unnecessery posts from alot of people, even me. But thats only because he didn't tell me (The regular host) about hosting it, he decided to do it all on his own. Why? What was the point? I mean if he wanted to look like he can host things and be organised then sure i wouldv'e let him, but could he not have told me first? Im not greedy, if he wants to look like a good host then i wouldve let him. But he seemed to stray from that and he started the competition before the month was over, and then blamed it on me being inactive and not being able to host it in time, when he made it a day earlier. Wtf?

                    All in all, Im sure skim would make a great mod if he can improve these things, which a mod desperately needs. So being a normal mod is the first step for him. And btw I doubt an honest mod wouldv'e said they want to be mod, unless there very confident. But thats why Skims pretty clever in letting YME do it for him. Not hating just saying its a clever move.

                      No, I made this all by myself. I haven't even talked to Skim today actually.
                      Me and Skim are boys.. ya but try to not see this as me being biased because it's not like that AT ALL.
                      Also, the MOD should be a REAL/LEGIT Lil Wayne fan and a HIP HOP fan in general which Skim is.
                      He can not be a dickrider though..
                      Plus, Skim is from the U.S.A. Most of the users from this site are from America and we don't have a
                      American MOD. Idk.. I just thought this needed to be heard.

                        ok lemme rephrase what i said, Its a clever move by skim, even though he isn't aware of it, i didnt literally mean he told you to do it, but i meant that Skims role as a mod and the "campaign" started good because you posted it instead of him. Even if he doesnt know. But ignoring the side note, you did understand what i said right? Just making it clear. He can be a good mod. Someday.
